Apple is awesome. Not revealing too many details -- there was an issue with the product that was shipped to me. And I sort of freaked out.

I called apple's customer service and they were completely awesome. They listened to my problem, they got me to the correct person quickly, and helped me out to fix the situation. Today, it's like none of that happened.

So I know there is that saying that a happy customer might tell one person about it, but an angry, upset customer might go and tell 10 people. Well I want to be that happy person that goes out and tells everyone!

Apple = Awesome!

If you're thinking of getting an mp3 player, you won't find a better one than those ipods! So this is my push for them. Buy their ipods! Buy their computers!

For the past 10 days I have done a lot of traveling. Actually, at the beginning of December when we went down to Tampa for a weekend started it. Then finals happened, and then a burst of traveling. Going back to Tampa to leave for the cruise, then all the way up to Alexandria in three days from Tampa, then back here to Blacksburg. And now tomorrow we're leaving by bus to go to Savannah, then to Miami (Ft. Lauderdale technically). So it's been wicked crazy! Naturally I would like to blog about it, but who has time in the middle of all this frenzy?! So to make up for the lack of blogging, I decided to share what I have been able to do...upload pictures to facebook from the cruise.

I took over 500 pictures on this trip. Crazy. But when you go to beautiful places, all you want to do is take pictures! The cruise was an awesome good time and I can't wait to write about it! Until then, enjoy the pictures!
