Happy March everyone!

But I'm going to talk about this past week instead...so let's pretend it is still February!

February 22-24, 2008 -- NED Southern Precincts for TBS and KKY at UMD

On the afternoon of February 22nd, four beautiful sisters and a membership candidate of Tau Beta Sigma headed up I-81 talking about cows in trees...their destination...Maryland! It was the weekend of southern precincts, and time to kiss some district officer ass! IMG_0301.JPGThe millions of hours it seemed to take to get to Alex's house that day were actually pretty fun. It was filled with reading a Cosmo...almost cover to cover...devil cats that had crazy faces, getting lost...a lot, and a lot of gas stations...okay, maybe three.

We finally got to Alex's house and changed to head over to Big Bats, which is a baseball bar where Alex works. They had a Louisville slugger up, and I was excited because I didn't know what one of those was, and I love the "Before He Cheats" song by Carrie Underwood, and now I know! I'm lame, I suppose I could have just watched the music video...oh well.

The other car loads showed up and we all had a fun little meal and headed back over to Alex's where some fun was had by many. We finally got to sleep and had just enough time to sleep for four hours before we had to get up and go to College Park MD.

I had bagel bites for breakfast...it was quite yummy. :)

We headed out and I got to have my first Wawa experience...not that it was really any different than any other gas station I've been to...but apparently they are great enough to have fans on facebook...

We got to UMD and registered and waited for the joint opening session to start. The rest of the day was filled with workshops, huge subway subs, and balloons. It tbsatumd.jpgwas nice getting to know other sisters. We learned the new NED song, which sounds really nice...but a tad depressing. We'll sing it here when we host the Northeast District Convention. Everything ended an hour late because one-on-ones went longer than originally planned. While we were waiting for closing seperates, we had meetings with Kim and Shannon where they told me I had a little sister!!! I was SO excited. I was really hoping for one, so when I was told that I actually had one I screamed and hugged them. Yay! My little is Liz! She was on the trip with us, so I had to be careful not to give myself away. I immediately sent a text to my big sister, who couldn't go with us that weekend, and told her she was a grand big! I knew I had to tell her first! So that was fantastic news! :)

After everything was over we headed over to Bennigan's for dinner. It was a nice dinner and fun to hang out with my sisters and brothers! We found out that the Maryland chapter was hosting a party, so we decided to go to mingle and get our faces out there...we're hosting districts so it is necessary! BUT...we got lost and ended up driving all over the place in College Park. An hour later we made it back to UMD and there was a tiny bit of bickering as to whether we still try and find it or just go back to Alex's. Some went to the party and some went bowling, and one car went home. DRAMA! Anyway, I was in a car that went to the party, and it was fun. There was a ton of band geeks...how is that not fun?! There were songs sung...and I got to meet a lot of people! I was glad we went, and we didn't stay for long, so I never got really bored. Naturally we got lost going back to Alex's, but this time it wasn't our fault because there was a huge crash in the intersection we had to turn at, and we could find a way back over to that road. Luckily Lisa used the GPS on her phone and we got ourself back on track! We immediately crashed when we got there, we were SO tired!

The next morning we played musical cars as to who was going with who (whom?) since we had different people than before.

It was a nice weekend, despite all the drama, I think it was anyway. I'd do it again...except the next time, my dad's GPS will be brought!

Clue Week

meandliz.jpgClue week! It was fun. Liz figured me out way too early, but it was okay. I still had fun with it. My family gives each other pet names, and I decided to call her "Bunny" and so for one of her clues I gave her bunny ears and told her whenever someone asked her why she was wearing them, she had to respond (while hopping up and down like a bunny), "Because I am cute as a bunny and my big sister loves me!" :) It was fun. When I got to reveal myself on Thursday I had her take a scavenger hunt around McBryde ending with Sarah bringing Liz to me! We then went over to PK's where Jeremey and Lynn met us! We had a nice family dinner.

American Idol Results

I was happy with the results. I was so busy Thursday I didn't get to watch them until yesterday, but it wasn't spoiled for me, because I didn't go on any websites, and I didn't hear it any other way!

Those kicked off:

I'm still a little disappointed Amanda is still around. She totally ruined Carry On My Wayward Son, and she doesn't sound good unless she is screaming into the mic...so, I don't know why she is still around.

Leap Day!

It started with...well, it was suppose to start with an interview with TJ, one of the brother pledges...ah! Membership Candidate?! Oops...but he didn't answer his phone when I first called...still asleep?! Breakfast interviews are never good, because you have to get up early! So I went over to work and sent him a text that when he got up, I was at work but I could still have breakfast if he wanted. He called me about an hour later saying he was sorry and would still like to have breakfast. So I went and got him and we had a fun interview at the Easy Chair and he went to those post office with me to mail out the rocker troll that FINALLY sold! :)

I worked and such the rest of the day.

Then Kevin and I went on a date! We had dinner then went over to the movies to go to "Semi-Pro." It was pretty funny. :) We don't get to see movies in the theater in Christiansburg a lot because we never have time or the money spend on a movie. So it was nice to be able to have the time to do that for once!

P.S. It's SPRING BREAK!!!

American Idol - Top 8 Guys

It's down to the wire! After tonight, two of these guys go home and the remaining six are in the top 12!

Theme tonight is the 80s!

Luke Menard - "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go"
The beginning part I heard was horrible, but thank goodness the warning alert for severe weather came on, so I didn't have to hear the rest of it. I love this song, but not him singing it. I can't hear the judges though, I'd like to hear them! Randy is nodding a lot...kind of a "well...that was okay...but...you know dawg..." Paula is making weird gestures and opening her mouth open wide...She's probably saying something nice to not hurt his feelings...there was a lot of applause. Simon says, "There is no chance you can make it through." The one part I got to hear!

David Archuleta - "Another Day in Paradise"
Playing the piano...interesting. He is such an amazing singer! He has a huge fan base now, especially after last weeks performance. Interesting...he gets up to sing! Randy thought it was good, it was nice, it didn't show off his vocals. Paula loved there were a few notes off to prove he is real...strange. She thinks he has a great sensibility to pick songs. Simon thought he should have stayed at the piano, it wasn't as great as last week, he wants him to perk up a bit. Wow, he casually said he thought he was going to be in the TOP TWO! Wow. GO DAVID!

Danny Noriega - "Tainted Love"
He turned as red as a cute little tomato...uck, I don't like him. It sounds horrible! For once he sucks. He has way too big of an ego. It needs to be knocked down a peg or ten! Randy thought it started out a little rough, but the end was great with his confidence. Paula thinks he is the real deal? She loves that he is true to yourself. Simon thought it was horrible. Absolutely useless. Awesome Simon.

David Hernandez - "It's All Coming Back to Me Now"
A guy doing Celine?! No. It doesn't work for you David...it was horrible. No no no no! Especially the beginning. It was so off! Randy thought it was a nice song choice, just a few pitch issues. Paula thinks he is finding his niche, he is becoming a good performer. Simon said it wasn't good as last week, but he's secured a place in the finals next week. Wow, I'm surprised at those reviews. I definitely didn't like it.

Michael Johns -"Don't You (Forget About Me)"
Eh. It's okay. I'm not thrilled with his performance. He's good at the "hey"s and "Ooo"s. It was better than David Hernandez's performance, anyway. Randy said it was so him. Very nicely done. He loved it. Paula is so glad he is the type of artist who is really defining who he is. Simon liked it but didn't love it. He hasn't found the right song yet, but he really really likes him and thinks he'll do very very well in this competition.

David Cook - "Hello"
He could have just done without the guitar...it's just kind of annoying. Though it sounds pretty good. I like his version of the song. Randy said he made the song slightly "emo." Paula loves when he comes on the stage because she knows she is in for a great surprise. She believes he is going to be a great shining star. Simon thought it was very brave and he loved it! Wow. Good job David, I was nervous for you!

Jason Castro - "Hallelujah"
He always seems so high...this song is in SHREK! I'm iffy on this song too. Kind of boring. Randy gives him props to him. He liked that he didn't come out with a guitar. Paula thought he made it sound effortless. Paula thought he did a great job, he's unique and recognizable, and great phrasing. Simon loves that song, and he thought it was brilliant. Wow. He seems to be nice tonight. He thought it was his favorite performance of the night and he is getting better and better and better.

Chikezie - "?"
I didn't get to hear any of it because of the storm warning, I'll have to go back and watch it on youtube when it is up later. Paula thought his vocals were so good tonight. Simon didn't think it worked at all. He was okay in bits, but it was much more cabaret than last week. It wasn't a smart move. What did he do?! I'll get to hear a bit in the wrap up sequence. Didn't get much out of it because they just showed the end.

Favorite: David Archuleta!

American Idol - Top 8 Women

80's Theme Again

Asia'h Epperson - "I Wanna Dance With Somebody"
It's okay...ish. I'm not a fan of her anyway, so she has negative points right out of the bat! No one can sing it like Whitney, so there is no point in doing her songs! Randy brags he recorded that song with Whitney Houston. Randy said it was hot! Paula must admit that she wonders, wow she's picking big songs...you nailed it. Simon isn't quite so enthusiastic, it was second rate Whitney Houston at best. He didn't think she hit the big note at the end. I don't like what she is wearing. They all agree she's good enough to make the top twelve. I would not be sad if she didn't make it!

Kady Malloy - "Who Wants to Live Forever"
Horrible start. It's so boring. She doesn't seem like the type of person to sing Queen...it's just not working for me. Randy says it was an interesting song choice, pretty good job with it. He thought some of the smaller notes weren't supported enough. Paula thought it was her best performance, she thought the tenderness and softness in her voice was where the magic is. Simon thought it was definitely better than last week, but thinks she is a robot when she sings, he thinks she has a lack of personality. I agree Simon!

Amanda Overmyer - "I Hate Myself for Loving You"
I'm getting tired of her voice. There isn't much variance. And when you really listen, she can't even really sing that well. Especially songs you can't scream at...Randy says that that was the Amanda we love. Well done. Paula says her space is beautiful, she found her niche. Simon is honest, and thought it was fantastic. Wow...I'm so tired of her. She can leave now. In a way, it was Simon's favorite girl performance in this part of the competition. Go away please. I can be so mean!

Carly Smithson - "I Drove All Night"
I've been a fan of Carly's performances, but this one seems pretty boring and just doesn't do it for me like they usually do. It seems lacking. I don't know. I'm just really not liking any of them today. Randy says she is smashing them every week, very very good, "dude another great performance." Paula thinks she is like a dependable dog. She thinks she is totally into her niche. She says there are not enough adjectives to describe her singing. Simon thinks she chose the wrong song again. Simon thinks it just wasn't a great song and didn't give her what she deserved.

Kristy Lee Cook - "Faithfully"
It's okay. Some notes were SO OFF. It made me wince. But when she wasn't being horrible she wasn't too bad. Randy liked how she put a country thing to it. Paula thought it would be a hit for her in country music. Paula has nothing but positivity. Simon thinks she is forgettable. She's battling with bigger voices, at best she comes in at 10th.

Ramiele Malubay - "Against All Odds (Take A Look at Me Now)"
She's fantastic as usual. I really like her. She really hit that big note too! No wincing! Randy thought it was a pretty good vocal but she needs to find that confidence. "You have mad vocals dude!" Paula says she has a lot of texture in her voice...she says she deserves to be in the top 12. Simon says it was good because she is so little and cute, but it was a bit predicable and he isn't jumping out of his chair after the song.

Brooke White - "Love is a Battlefield"
Interesting version of this song. I think she is singing it well, but I still prefer the more upbeat version. I still love her! Randy liked it and he liked how there was just a guitar and her singing. He thought it was very interesting. Paula thought it was a very wise choice and loved that it was very pure. She would have liked more band. Simon worked purely because there was no band, she made it into a completely different song and made it work for her, and did wonderfully.

Syesha Mercado - "Saving All My Love for You"
Another Whitney song. This is actually sounded really good. Good job Syesha! Saving the best ones for last! :) Randy says it was good. Paula said it was good good. Simon said a bit predictable but good. (They were short, must be running out of time!)

Favorites: Brooke and Syesha

Results tomorrow night! :)

Today I wore:

Halt! Who Goes There? - Threadless, Best T-shirts Ever

We had a little discussion about it at work today. One of my co-workers said she really liked the "imagination" part of the shirt. I really like some other shirts that were similar to this one that didn't get printed.

Imagination-3 - Threadless, Best T-shirts EverImagination-2 - Threadless, Best T-shirts EverImagination - Threadless, Best T-shirts Ever

It also looks like this artist still trying to push these pictures put all of them on one shirt!

A want a box to !!!! - Threadless, Best T-shirts Ever

I really like the idea, but this shirt seemed to do better, but I got this shirt thinking of the ones above! Actually, Kevin got me this shirt. :)

This week's shirts:

While I think this shirt is pretty cool, The Signs Are Everywhere - Threadless, Best T-shirts Ever I don't really want any of the new shirts this week. Which is good, because I already want so many, that if I wanted even more, it'd get WAY too expensive. Especially with these raised prices threadless is doing. Which I do not like, but I can deal. I still love threadless!

American Idol Results Show - TOP 12!

As much as Erin hates it, there is still the results show tonight, so I will be talking about American Idol for a third day this week. :)

Blake has turned into a robot!

In looking back at the guys' last performances, I can do without Luke. Naturally I could do without Danny, but I'm sure he's sticking around.

David Cook is called out first...he's in the Top 12! First guy into the top 12. Congrats!

David Archuleta...be in be in be in!!!...TOP 12!!! Great job!!!

Jason Castro...is in the Top 12!

Looking back at the girls, I could do without a lot of them, mainly Kady. Kristy Lee Cook could go too.

Brooke White is up first...she better be in, she's my fav! BROOKE IS IN THE TOP 12!!! Awesome! Congrats! (I only voted for her a million times!)

Syesha Mercado...is in the top 12!

Kady Malloy...IS OUT! Awesome. Good job America! :)

David Hernandez is up next...and is safe, in the top 12.

Michael Johns...is in the top 12!

Down to three guys!

Luke Menard...gone? my prediction...yes, he is gone! Great job America! All fantastic choices today.

Remiele Malubay...is in the top 12! Yay! A fellow short girl! :)

Carly Smithson...is in the top 12!

Amanda Overmyer...is safe.

Kristy and Asia'h are in the center of the stage...one goes home...but they're taking a break. Naturally...this is American Idol! I don't mind if either go home. Just send them both home! It will probably be Kristy. Randy chose Asia'h to go home. Simon thinks Asia'h will go home too. Interesting...and the judges were right, Asia'h Epperson is out, and Kristy Lee Cook is in the top 12. I'm surprised Kristy actually made it in. But I haven't really liked Asia'h, so good job America.

Now Danny and Chikezie are up. I would like it to be Danny, but I have a feeling it is Chikezie. DANNY IS GONE!!!!!!!!!! GO CHIKEZIE!!!!! And wow is Ramiele upset! But, I'm not crying, he was so annoying! I guess I just don't like it when people have huge egos. My mom will be happy with too! Great job tonight America! Danny is TMTH.

For all you out there who goes, what's twitter? Watch this!

This March I will be pretty busy. C-R-A-Z-Y

This past week has been Spring Break, so a nice...well, break, before all the business happens! This coming week will probably be pretty hectic because around 700 sisters and brothers from TBS and KKY will headed down here on Thursday and Friday for Northeast District Convention that we are hosting here at Virginia Tech!

Tomorrow I will be going up to Alexandria to visit my grandma. She's been wanting to buy me my ring dance dress, so we're going to go to a dress boutique up by here while we're visiting her. I've been looking around the designers that Ann's Boutique carries, and I found on that I really really like. If they have the dress, I don't know, but I will be really excited if they do. I found out a local dress shop, actually right down the street from where I work, carries the same designer, so I might peek in there to see if they have it.wedding.jpg The dress store is called Chantilly Lace, and is where Dawn got her wedding dress and our bridesmaid dresses. We had a very bad experience with the owner, she was really rude to Dawn, and she was the bride! You're suppose to suck up to the bride! I'm sure if Dawn hadn't really wanted that wedding dress, and hadn't been desperate to get the bridesmaid dresses in before the wedding, we would have gone somewhere else. I vowed to never buy anything from there, but I love this dress, and it might be the only place I can get it. We'll see.

ring.jpgSpeaking of ring dance, we get our rings on the 25th of March! I can not wait to get my ring. They had us try them last month to make sure they looked right and fit. Mine didn't quite fit, so we re-sized it down a size. It'll fit a lot better that way. I hate it when rings are too big and they move around a lot. My ring style is the Victory. I got white gold, a "ruby" center and real diamonds on the sides! The writing I got on the sides are "TBS" on one side, and "2009" on the other. One thing with it is, the ruby turned out pink. I'm not sure how I feel about that. But I like pink, so it should be alright.

Then on top of all that excitement, I have class, exams, and projects! Plus the usual TBS stuff, and looking out for my little sister and making sure she is the best MC there ever was! :)

So I'm dreading March and looking forward to it. Strange feeling!

~Taylor~

So I didn't get the dress I originally wanted. Since it was a bridesmaid dress, they only carry the dresses in size 10, then just order the sizes needed. I don't have time for that! So I looked around the rest of the store and just picked up every dress that at least appealed to me and was close to my size. One dress my mom told me to try on just to humor them, I didn't really like the look of it. But I took it anyway. No sense in arguing it. I decided to try that dress on first, to get it out of the way. And everyone loved it. I tried on the rest of the dresses and they just didn't work or fit right. I ended up getting the first dress! And I didn't really want it at first. This is what it looks like:

The color is more of a teal color than this blue color. It's very pretty, and supposedly looks good on me. We'll see when the time comes I suppose.

The hair style I'm thinking about getting done is just a regular prom up-do.

~Taylor~

Tonight the Top 12 finalists battle it out to become THE AMERICAN IDOL! Awesome. :)

Pretty new graphics! Me likey! The set is okay I guess...looks like a space ship!

Theme tonight John Lennon and Paul McCartney! Good theme!!!

Syesha Mercado - "Gotta Get You Into My Life"
Rough beginning. I didn't like it at all actually. That did not sound all that great to me. Kind of whiny. Randy thought it was a nice arrangement, it started a little rough, but then she got in it and had some fun. It was alright to him. Paula said it started off pitch, and then she found her zone and there was Syesha. Simon thought it was a great choice of song, he just thought she looked very nervous, and she was much better than last week.

Chikezie - "She's a Woman"
He's having fun with this. Very interesting beginning with the banjo and such. This is the type of performance you need to give when you're in the top 12. I liked it. That was awesome. He just really captivated me in his performance. Randy was throughly entertained, who knew?! Randy was so excited about it, he says, "Chikezie smashed it!" Paula has been waiting for this, and the reward paid off. Simon is really surprised that he actually agreed with Paula and Randy. What he loved, he has changed in the week, he took over the stage, he was terrific. Simon also said it looked like he was drunk the whole time. He's so happy, good job Chikezie!!!! I'm so proud of him, and really glad he got in the Top 12! Let's go top 11!

Ramiele Malubay - "In My Life"
Is she singing this for Danny? She was so upset last week! Wow. I'm not sure what I think about it. She can sing, but she's not the best singer. She probably won't be in the competition much longer. Randy said it was kinda pretty, but kinda pretty boring. It didn't move any earth for him. Paula said it was pretty safe. She thinks she is an amazing singer, and she needs to take advantage with it. She thinks she is holding back. Simon said he was bored to tears throughout the entire song, he expects better than that. Conclusion: IT WAS BORING! Uh oh Ramiele, you might be able to visit Danny soon!

Jason Castro - "If I Fell"
Eehhh....no. I didn't like it at all. All it did for me was remind me of Across the Universe. Which I didn't really like. Randy liked it, but didn't love it. It's one of his favorite songs, and he thought it should have been a more heart felt thing. Paula disagrees with Randy, because she felt his heart, and it's a special connection that makes him unique. Simon said last week he was incredible, but this week it was more like, "A student in a bedroom at midnight." He's not going to make as huge impact as last week, but good enough to stay another week.

Carly Smithson - "Come Together"
This is one of my favorite songs...she better not ruin it! It was ooookkkaaayyyish. It just wasn't the version I like...I like the Beatles version! Randy loved she was strong, confident, having fun, and not a note out of tune. Paula thought she was already watching a star. Simon says week after week she has chosen the wrong song, until now, he thought it reminded him of Kelly Clarkson. The version on Across the Universe was interesting:

HELL'S KITCHEN STARTS APRIL 1st!!!!

David Cook - "Elenor Rigby"
I LOVE this song. It's hard to sing a long to, I'm glad he isn't playing the guitar with it! Focus on the song! I don't think he is doing the song justice. The rock twist to it is interesting. Not sure I'm a fan of it. It was okay. Randy said you can rock out on Idol! It started iffy, but once he got to the chorus it was rockin'. Paula says, there is more than one horse in this race? OOOkkkay...she says he is his own front man. Simon thought it was brilliant. He thinks he could win if the show stays on talent rather than popularity.

Brooke White - "Let It Be"
Another great song! I love her, she sounds great, but I'm afraid this song will be another "boring" one. She should have done it without the piano. I don't like them being able to play instruments this year. It's about singing, not playing! Whatever. Randy doesn't know if it is her strongest performance, but he thought it was a very heartfelt performance. Paula says this is her niche. The emotional connection makes people fall in love with her. Simon thought it was one of the best performances of the night, it thought it was a brilliant choice of song, and actually it is believable. Yay! I'm so glad, I was nervous for the reviews, but she got fantastic ones! I love her!!!! She's crying and is so excited. I'm happy for her! Good job Brooke! Aww. Across the Universe made this song sooo sad, even more sad then it already is, it gives me tingles and makes me tear up:

David Hernandez - "I Saw Her Standing There"
I don't like it. It seems karaoke like. Just not a fan. Randy says it was a little too overdone, and he was trying to do too much with it. Paula thought he over did it, and needed to scale back. Simon said, no no no, it was corny verging on desperate. He didn't think it was a particularly strong performance.

Amanda Overmyer - "You Can't Do That"
It's just that all her songs sound the same now...I've just heard enough of her, which is what I thought last week. She did good for her, but I'm just sick of her. I feel like that's so mean, but it's just what I feel. Randy says that is the true mark of a great song, she took a Beatles song and rocked it out. Paula says she is a star up there. She is blown away. Simon didn't think it was as good as last week, and he understood about 30% of the words. He thinks she is a breath of fresh air when she comes on. Eh. I would not be heartbroken if she were to be voted off.

Michael Johns - "Across the Universe"
Well, what have I been talking about all night that almost all these songs are in! This song was also in the movie. Undoubtedly. He sings it well, but it's nothing that really...lights my fire I guess. It's nothing to write home about. But it is a good song! Randy doesn't think it was his best performance, he was waiting for something big to happen, it was a little sleepy but it was alright. Paula disagrees with Randy again, she thinks it takes an inner strength to stand in the middle of the stage and do nothing but sing brilliantly. Simon agrees with Randy, he thinks he should have done something like the "Irish girl." They want him to go big!

Kristy Lee Cook - "8 Days A Week"
Into a country song?! WHAT?! Let's see about this...No no no no! The stars in the background are making me sick too. Something seems really off with her singing and the beat...I don't know. I don't like it! Stop singing!!! Blah! I still can't believe she got in the top 12! Randy liked the arrangement and the idea of the song, but vocally it seemed 'awkward'. Paula didn't enjoy it, she didn't get it. Simon thought it was hirendous, "You sounded like Dolly Parton on helium!" He felt that song didn't work in the style. I AGREE! It was really bad like that. I feel she blew her chance. Unless she gets the pity vote.

David Archuleta - "We Can Work It Out"
GO DAVID!!!! OH NO! He forgot words! Don't do that David! Poor kid. What's going on? You can't get in the top 12 and forget words! You can tell he is so nervous. Everyone agreed it was a mess, he shouldn't have done the Stevie Wonder version, he stumbled over his words, it was his weakest performance. We still love you David!

Favorites: Brooke and Chikezie!

Pick to get voted off is Kristy Lee Cook. But it could be Ramiele. We'll see!

Results tomorrow! Which I won't get to watch live. :(

~Taylor~

I'm currently watching American Idol, but not live blogging it. This past weekend was so crazy and busy, that I just needed a break from everything. And by everything I mean EVERYTHING! Except Kevin because I saw him for like minutes over the weekend, that was just lame.

I think all in all districts went well. There were issues, but nothing MAJOR, and we're all still alive! Everyone seemed mostly happy, and complimented us! One issue I was mad about, was we put glasses out as a gift with the TBS and KKY crests on each side, and each place setting had one. Well at the end of the banquet, we had awards and got up and sang...some people took the opportunity of unattended tables to steal other people's glasses! No! You do NOT do that. The chapter that won best chapter went to take pictures, came back, and all their glasses were gone! Luckily we were able to give them a good deal on a case of glasses for their chapter. That is just horrible. We're too trusting, eh?

I'm going to finish watching Idol and vote! More later, I should have something very exciting to blog tomorrow! :-)

~Taylor~

P.S. Today Kevin and I have been together for 2.5 years! Yay us!

Things seem to be really busy recently. I am ready for another spring break. My summer doesn't begin until June, so I have a while before I get another break. That is a little lame! But it is because of the Storm Chase, and that is pretty awesome. How many people get to say they are going to chase tornadoes over the summer?!

My littles Jeremey, Liz, and TJ....aka Nutz, Bunny, and Sunshine! :)There has been another addition to my family! Last weekend I was told that TJ was now my little brother! Awesome. So I now have three littles and I love them all!!! They're fantastic. The two I got this semester are considered twins, which is ironic because TJ has a real twin, he goes to CNU. The twins are still currently membership candidates, and hopefully will be initiated within the next month! Next month we're having elections for next year's officers, so I hope to be the Vice President next year! That should be fun. I'd also like to be rank captain next year!

Oh, the last two Threadless Thursdays I have worn:

Well, This Just Really Sucks... - Threadless, Best T-shirts Ever

They are currently having a sale where all the shirts are from $9! I got two shirts out of that sale plus I had $10.50 in STP. (Street Team Points) I got Happy End and Polar Gardening. I've been waiting to get them for a few weeks now!

That's all for now.

Happy Easter!
